What is unique about your gowns?
Being the exclusive stockist of Cizzy Bridal Australia’s international designer gowns in Singapore and beyond, House Of Ivory is able to provide local brides with six different international labels which are well-loved and recognised overseas.
What should I bring to my bridal gown appointment?
It’s helpful to bring any inspiration you have, such as pictures or ideas of gown styles you like. Additionally, wear undergarments and shoes similar to what you plan to wear on your wedding day, as this will give you a better idea of how the gowns will fit.
What sizes do your gowns come in?
Our gowns are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate different body types. During your appointment, our consultants will help you find gowns that match your measurements and style preferences.

Can I bring guests to my bridal gown appointment?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a few close family members or friends whose opinions you value.
We recommend starting your gown search around 9 to 12 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for fittings, alterations, and any customisations you might want.
ABOUT THE ALTERATIONS
Can I make alterations to my gown?
Yes, we offer alterations to ensure your gown fits perfectly. Our in-house seamstresses are skilled in working with bridal gowns to achieve the desired fit and look.
Can I rent bridal gowns from your store?
Yes! We offer gowns for both rental and purchase. We price our gowns affordably so you can find the perfect fit within your budget.
How long does it take to make a gown?
Generally we aim to create and deliver your dream gown within 4 months. However if you need your wedding gown sooner, we are able to offer you a rush service. Please speak to one of our stockists, as they will be able to provide you with this personalised service.
Can I customise my gown?
We do timely customisations for all brides and stores! Speak to your gown consultant to learn more about our wide range of options for customising your gown and making it perfect for you!
Do you offer Plus Size gowns?
All of our dresses can be made to fit any size bride. We offer straight sizing up to size 32+ but can make dresses to custom measurements. Visit our size guide HERE to find your size!
What is the best way to clean my wedding gown?
Always have your designer gown professional drycleaned.

What is a Trunk Show?
Trunk shows are an event held in bridal stores. Trunk shows are travelling style capsules with every gown from that season! A trunk show gives stores and brides the opportunity to view every style within a collection, including gowns that may not have been on your radar or been ordered as a sample in your store. Keep an eye out for our future trunk show posts to see when one is near you!
